Serious, yet superbly, smooth, and a bit fluffy.&nbsp; Bartender Tip: For extra body and frothiness,&nbsp;if you really like the foam, try the dry shake before you add ice and use a highball glass.

Fill both your coupe glass and shaker with cubed ice

Coupe Glass

Shaker

Ice scoop

Pour all the ingredients into your shaker

Jigger

Speed Pourer

Sweet Vermouth

Pineapple juice

Grenadine

Egg white

Add ingredients

Close the shaker and shake hard for 9 seconds

Shake

Empty the ice from your coupe glass back into the ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into the coupe

Pineapple wedge

Garnish and serve
