The Tatanka Cocktail

This Polish drink takes its name from the film 'Dances With Wolves'. Tatanka is a Native American word for buffalo and refers to the Bison grass flavored vodka the cocktail is based on, sweet and refreshing on a lazy summer afternoon. The natural sugar from the juice, combined with the botanical and nutty flavors from the vodka, is reminiscent of a fluffy apple pastry that doesn’t weigh you down. 

Bartender tip:

Changing different brands of the juice, or making your own juice, will give another dimension to the drink.
