One Mojito, hold the Rum. Might sound a little strange at first but you still get the freshness of the mint and lime with the refreshing soda without the alcoholic kick. 

Bartender Tip:

Switch the soda water for ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for added flavour and sweetness.
