The Mimosa Cocktail

With a 50/50 mix of Champagne and Orange Juice, the Mimosa is a fruitier version of The Bellini. Often served at Weddings, receptions and other celebratory moments. 

Bartender Tip:

As well as the Champagne, keep the Orange Juice cold (and fresh if possible)
