In Tijuana, a waiter was 'captivated' by the beauty of a young dancer named Margarita Carmen Cansino and created this cocktail in her honor. This beauty would later become one of the most famous actresses in Hollywood, Rita Hayworth. Here is a new version of this classic, revisioned with Mezcal.
