25 ml 1 oz Triple Sec
Triple Sec
Triple sec is a generic term for a sweet, clear orange-flavored liqueur. It contains 15–40% alcohol by volume level. It is made by macerating sun-dried orange skins in alcohol for at least 24 hours before going through a three-step distilling process. The most popular brand is COINTREAU
25 ml 1 oz Lime Juice
1 Lime
Bowl Salt

1 Prepare

Cut 2 wedges for garnish and salt rim and the rest of your lime ready for juicing

2 Salt rim

Use 1 of your wedges to wet the outside of your glass and put salt on half of the rim of your martini glass.

3 Ice

Fill your glass and shaker with cubed ice

4 Add Ingredients

Pour all 3 ingredients into your shaker. Use the Mexican elbow to squeeze the lime juice.

5 Shake

Close the shaker and shake hard for 7 seconds

6 Empty glass and Strain

Empty the ice in your martini glass back into the ice box. Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into your chilled glass.

7 Garnish and serve

Garnish with your fresh lime wedge
