Created by Tom Walker of the Savoy's America bar in 2014, this cocktail won the overall Bacardi Legacy Global competition. The rinse of Absinthe lifts the characteristics allowing the mint and cucumber to shine through.&nbsp; Bartender Tip: Fine strain this cocktail to ensure that little pieces of the mint and cucumber don't clutter the surface of the drink.

Pick your mint sprig and cut your cucumber and lime ready for juicing

Rinse with Absinthe

Ice scoop

Shaker

Pour and place in all your ingredients (excluding soda) into the shaker

Close the shaker lid and shake hard for 7 seconds

Empty the ice in your coupe glass in your sink, not into the ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and fine strain into your coupe
