The Maid in Cuba Cocktail
Created by Tom Walker of the Savoy's America bar in 2014, this cocktail won the overall Bacardi Legacy Global competition. The rinse of Absinthe lifts the characteristics allowing the mint and cucumber to shine through.
Bartender Tip:
Fine strain this cocktail to ensure that little pieces of the mint and cucumber don't clutter the surface of the drink.
