Get your mint leaves and cut your lime ready for juicing.

Measure 20 ml Lime Juice and pour into the glass.

Measure 20 ml Ginger Syrup and pour into the glass.

Pick the best 15 Mint leaves and bash or clap hands together to release the taste from the mint leaves. Then put the leaves into the glass.
