80 ml 3 oz Soda water
1 Lime wedge

1 Prepare

Cut your Lime ready for garnish and squeezing

2 Ice

Fill your highball glass with ice

3 Add ingredients

Pour all the ingredients into your glass

4 Stir

Using your BarSpoon stir the ingredients together

5 Garnish and serve

Garnish with your lime wedge

The Cocktail

This classic summertime cooler combines spirit, lime, and sugar in a highball glass. It is named after Joe Rickey, a Democratic lobbyist living in Washington, D.C., during the late 19th century and favoring zero-sugar drinks.
