20 ml 0.75 oz Lime Juice
20 ml 0.75 oz Sugar syrup

8 Mint leaves
2 slices Cucumber

1 Prepare

Get your mint leaves and cut your lime ready for juicing and cucumber for garnish

2 Muddle

Place the mint leaves and one cucumber slice in your shaker and muddle gently

3 Ice

Fill both the martini glass and your shaker with ice

4 Add ingredients

Pour in the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup into your shaker

5 Shake

Close the shaker lid and shake hard for 7 seconds

6 Empty and Fine Strain

Empty the ice in your martini glass back into the ice bucket

Take off the small top off the shaker and Fine strain into your coupe

7 Garnish and Serve

Garnish with your cucumber slice

The Cocktail

A take on the Southside cocktail, with added cucumber created in 2004 by George Delgado in NYC. The freshness of the cucumber and mint pops out from the Gin balanced base.


Bartender Tip:

Placing the mint within your palms and clapping will release the aromatic mint oils from the leaves.
