25 ml 1 oz Lime Juice
20 ml 0.75 oz Sugar syrup

1 Prepare

Cut your lime ready for squeezing

2 Ice

Fill both your martini glass and cocktail shaker with cubed ice

3 Ingredients

Pour all 3 ingredients into your shaker

4 Shake and Empty

Close the shaker and shake hard and fast for 12 seconds

Empty the ice in your martini glass back into your ice bucket

5 Strain and Serve

Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into your chilled glass.

The Cocktail

The ultimate Cuban classic! The name of the Daiquiri itself is said to have originated in Cuba around 1900, where there is a small town outside Santiago of the same name.
