5 Raspberries
Half Egg white
3 Raspberries

1 Prepare

Skewer 3 raspberries onto a toothpick and prep your lemon for squeezing

2 Ice

Fill your coupe glass with ice

3 Add ingredients

Add all the ingredients into your shaker (without ice)

4 Dry Shake

Shake the cocktail hard for 10 seconds to emulsify the ingredients

5 Add Ice and Shake

Open the shaker carefully and fill with cubed ice. Close the shaker and shake again for 7 seconds

6 Empty and Strain

Empty the ice in your coupe glass back into your ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and double strain out the mix into your chilled glass.

7 Garnish and serve

Place your raspberry stick on top of your foamed cocktail

The Cocktail

A classic cocktail steeping from 1930’s Philadelphia is a delicious raspberry twist on a Gin sour base. The egg white adds a textured foam allowing the crisp raspberry flavour to shine through.
