The tangy orange marmalade adds that citrus zest to this uniquely balanced tart cocktail.&nbsp; Bartender Tip: If you don't have marmalade, why not try with some Jam! Strawberry, Blackberry, Raspberry...look in your cupboard!

Fill your martini glass and cocktail shaker with cubed ice

Pour in all the ingredients into your shaker

Add ingredients

Close the shaker lid and shake really hard for 10 seconds

Empty the ice in your martini glass back into your ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into your chilled glass.

Lightly twist your orange zest over the drink and place into your cocktail. (place a cut into your triangle of toast and secure on rim of the glass)
