Created by Dick Bradsell in London in the 1980s, this ever-popular Cocktail has become a true classic with a Gin sour heart and an imaginative drizzle of blackberry liquor over the top of crushed ice for that sweet-sour finish.&nbsp; Bartender Tip: The secret to this cocktail is having a large glass that you can really pack in the crushed ice and drizzle!

Cut your lemon ready for squeezing and garnish and find your blackberry

Knife

Prepare

Fill your tumbler glass with crushed and your shaker with cubed ice

Ice scoop

Shaker

Whisky Tumbler

Pour your gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into your shaker

Jigger

Lemon juice

Sugar syrup

Add first 3 ingredients

Close the shaker lid and shake really hard for 7 seconds

Shake

Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into your iced glass

Strain

Fill the glass with more crushed ice until there is a dome of ice above the rim

More ice

Slowly layer the crème de mure over the top of the ice
