30 ml 1 oz Peach puree
1 Peach Slice

1 Prepare

Cut your Peach ready for garnish

2 Prosecco

Slowly, pour the Prosecco into the glass

3 Peach puree

Pour your peach puree in

4 More Prosecco

Top up with more Prosecco to almost full glass

5 Stir gently

Using your barspoon, mix the two ingredients gently

6 Garnish and serve

Rest the fresh peach wedge ontop of the glass
